The agreement on the Student Card for the University of Korça was signed by the Minister of Education and Sports, Ogerta Manastirliu, and the Mayor of Korçë, Sotiraq Filo, in the ceremony organized on this occasion in the City Library.

“The signing of the agreement for the Student Card becomes a reality in Korça, so that students can receive services at a discount or for free in the city,” Minister of Education and Sports, Ogerta Manastirliu, said.

The Student Card brings multiple benefits to the students of the University of Korça, after the University of Tirana and Durrës, who already use this card.
“Students of the “F.S. Noli” University will benefit through the Student Card, half-price tickets for performances at the “Andon Zako Çajupi” theater and free entry to sports events organized by the “Skënderbeu” club. Also, they will be offered tickets on discount to visit the Oriental Museum “Bratko”, the Museum of Photography “Gjon Mili”, the National Museum of Medieval Art, the Gallery of Digital Arts in Korça, etc., said the Mayor Sotiraq Filo said.
Students will also be exempt from cleaning, lighting and green fees if they take the initiative to start a business in 2024.
The Municipality of Korça has also launched a technology and innovation program that aims to transform the city into an important technology hub, offering numerous trainings at reduced prices for students through the student card.
