The chairwoman of the commission, Albana Vokshi, put to vote the approval of these items of the agenda, while the deputies discussed the time line of the investigation for the sterilization service contract.

Vokshi clarified that the opposition’s proposal for the jurisdiction of the investigation is for the commission to start the investigation from 2014 and the beginning of 2015, which is also the beginning of the concession period until today.

On the other hand, the vice chairman of the commission, Plarent Ndreca, requested that the investigative commission should extend the investigation period for the sterilization service contract to 2009.

“We have sorted out all the issues. We have discussed all the items of the investigation plan and we have agreed in principle on 6 points out of the 7 points of the plan”, he said.

However, Ndreca stressed that the sterilization contract should be investigated in the entire preliminary context of this contract.
