Albania reaffirmed its intentions to end statelessness, through the achievements made, alignment of the legal framework on statelessness with international standards, the Ministry of Interior announced on Wednesday.

By adhering to 3 of the most important international conventions on statelessness and based on the significant progress achieved in the treatment of statelessness, the Albanian Government remains fully committed, supports and contributes to international initiatives for ending statelessness.
