The General Director of SSI, Astrit Hado, in his remarks, thanked Kenichi Hirose, high-level specialist for Social Protection at the ILO, Zhulieta Harasanin, ILO coordinator for Albania and Guillaume Filhon, senior official of Social Security, ISSA, for their continued support in providing knowledge and best practices in this area.

“Social insurance schemes, especially for the category of self-employed in agriculture, are very important in the social and economic aspect of our country. For this reason, the continuous training of our staff, at the regional level, serves professional development and quality provision of services,” the head of SSI said.

During the two days of the training, the participants will be introduced to the best practices selected by the lecturers, the way of proceeding and collecting contributions in the agricultural sector.
