She also pointed out that “President of the Republic before and during the 2021 election campaign has seriously and flagrantly breached the Constitution.”

“Given the pressing need for restoration of legitimacy in the institution of President of the Republic and to restore the trust of all the Albanian people in the role of the Head of State; convinced that President of the Republic before and during the 2021 election campaign has seriously and flagrantly violated the Constitution, has significantly eroded the confidence of citizens in the role of head of state, by failing in exercise of his constitutional duty, inciting violence and division; we filed today the request for dismissal of President of the Republic, ” said Spiropali.
