The Ambassador Kim emphasized that, despite the intense pressure, the members of the Special Appeals Chamber have persisted in implementing this important element of justice reform.

“Judges of the Special Appeals Chamber have one of the most difficult responsibilities: rendering final judgment on vetting decisions. Despite intense pressure, they have persisted in implementing this important element of justice reform,” US Ambassador Kim said. /a.i/
