He highlighted that through the Justice Reform, the Socialist Party has placed itself at the service of justice.

In a live communication on social media through the “Eye to Eye” segment, Rama responded to a commenter saying that there is no plan in the fight against corruption.

“The ongoing fight against corruption, the investigations, and the trials—are you suggesting that they aren’t connected to any plan, project, program, or to the commitment of myself and the Socialist Party? If it weren’t for me and the Socialist Party, none of this would be happening,” said Rama.

The Prime Minister expressed his appreciation and full solidarity with the chief prosecutor of SPAK, Altin Dumani, in the face of brutal attacks, including those against his family.

However, he stated, “Dumani didn’t come from the moon, nor was he flown in from America or Europe when the SPAK institution was created.”

“He has been here, he was a prosecutor. Had you ever heard of Altin Dumani? I am sure he was the same back then—honest and courageous. Had you heard of him before? Why didn’t Altin Dumani start prosecuting any politician back then? Why didn’t he take action against politicians to bring them to justice?” said Rama.

Rama said that the time had not yet come when the Socialist Party brought the Justice Reform, handing over the sword of punishment to the judiciary.
