Judmir Shurdhi, as the head of the Lushnja Penitentiary Institution, is charged with committing the criminal offenses “Abuse of duty” and “Violation of the equality of participants in tenders or public auctions” in complicity, provided respectively by articles 248 and 258 and 25 of the Criminal Code; Mariglen Myftari, Erjon Çela, Miranda Idrizi, employees of Lushnja Penitentiary Institution and Krenar Gozhina former employee of Lushnja Penitentiary System, for the criminal offense “Violation of equality of participants in tenders or public auctions” committed in complicity, provided by Articles 258 and 25 of the Penal Code; Mariglen Myftari for the criminal offense “Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions” provided by Article 259 of the Criminal Code; “Xhesika Kaja, for the criminal offense” Failure to report a crime “provided by Article 300, first paragraph of the Criminal Code,” said in the notice.
