In the press release, SPAK states that it has forwarded to the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime the request for trial of 6 former officials.

The former mayor is accused of committing the criminal offenses “Violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions” in complicity and “Abuse of duty” in complicity.
Avdulla Cano, former Deputy Mayor of Pogradec, Enkeleida Kllomollari, former Director of the Educational Center at the Municipality of Pogradec, Nexhmi Torra, former coordinator of the Administrative Units at the Municipality of Pogradec, Gurali Blaceri, former maintenance worker in the Directorate of the Educational Center Pogradec were also sent for trial on charges of “Violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions.”
