The festival is curated by pianist and composer Robert Bisha. Ritual Piano Improvisation Festival is the only piano festival of our region based mainly on the most ancient and at the same time most modern art: improvisation.
The third edition features two completely different pianists.

The Italian Institute of Culture, which supports this artistic activity, announced that it is pleased to support the participation of pianist Fabrizio Ottaviucci, who will be present in this third edition.
Fabrizio Ottaviucci is a contemporary music pianist and improviser, who is always in search of the most mystical ancient musical traditions. He is also one of the most important contemporary music performers.

In addition to his own improvisation, Ottaviucci will play music by John Cage, Giacinto Scelsi, Alvin Curran and Terry Riley.
The other pianist is Florian Weber, jazz pianist and free improviser, of German origin.
