Prime Minister Edi Rama took to the social media to share the official video clip of Albania’s entry for Eurovision 2025, “Zjerm” by the electropop duo Shkodra Elektronike.

Shkodra Elektronike was formed by two musicians, Beatriçe Gjergji and Kolë Laca, who emigrated to Italy after leaving their native city of Shkodër.

“I wish Albania success with Shkodra Elektronike of Beatriçe and Kola at Eurovision song contest tonight,” PM Rama wrote.

After winning the 63-rd national song contest, the annual Albanian music competition on the national broadcaster RTSH, Albania’s much-appreciated entry “Zjerm” has become sensational as one of the most viewed songs on YouTube compared to other participants in the Eurovision song contest 2025.

Shkodra Elektronik’s stage performance is notable for strong symbolism, powerful interpretation, and an aesthetic that is unlike any other in the competition.

The second semi-final will be held on May 15, while the grand final set to take place on May 17, 2025.
