TIRANA, Nov  15 /ATA/  – By  I. Vata/ The Special Appeal College decided on Tuesday to uphold the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission which dismissed judge Hajrie Muçmata from office.

The jury for the trial of this case composed of: Chairwoman, Ina Rama; Speaker: Rezarta Schuetz; Members: Albana Shtylla, Natasha Mulaj, Sokol Çomo, after analyzing the evidence and the facts, decided to uphold the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission, dismissing judge Hajrie Muçmata.

The Independent Qualification Commission dismissed from office on 11.11.2019, Hajrie Muçmata, judge at the Shkodra Court of Appeal.

Hajrie Muçmata started her career in the justice system in 1999, as a judge in the First-Instance Court of Kukes. In 2009, she was appointed inspector at the High Council of Justice, while in 2016, Muçmata was decreed a member of the Court of Appeal of Shkodra by President of the Republic.
