Mayor of Durrës Emiriana Sako conveyed views from the new promenade, an important work that serves tourism, but also the local residents who live in this area.

This promenade that completely changes the image of the coast of the Durrës beach has not only a pedestrian track, but also a bicycle track, fun spaces for children, lighting and greenery.

The project also foresees the reconstruction of the facades of the buildings as well as the expansion of the sand belt.

The new promenade is 3 kilometers of coastline, with greenery, parks and sports spaces.

Along the entire coastline there are about 58 hotel buildings with 3100 beds.

The promenade takes on great significance considering that during the tourist season, the population in this area increases by 600 thousand inhabitants./p.s./
