The greatest value of Dutch investments is concentrated mainly in the energy sector such as the financing in the HPPs of Banja and Moglica, built in the Devoll river cascade.

While one of the most important Dutch companies present in Albania is “Shell”.

The discovery of the company “Shell” in the oil –bearing field of Shpirag, Fier, aims to guarantee an influx of significant investments and revenues for the country.
While the companies Stakraft or Vodafone Group own their investments in Albania through companies registered in the Netherlands.

The BoA announces that Albania attracted a total of 229 million euros of foreign investment in the first quarter of 2021.
