We have saved citizens 998 years. Waiting in line to receive services is wasted time for citizens, “said Ahmetaj.

According to him, the goal is to ensure continued modernization of the public administration to build open, efficient, inclusive public institutions for citizens and business.

Ahmetaj stated that a well-trained administration, and above all with a brand new approach, centred on service to citizens, without delays, without hassle is what was built in public institutions.

“We are to open the accession negotiations, the administrative work will increase not 100-fold but 1000-fold. The progress report for Albania in October 2021 praised the progress and emphasizes that Albania is moderately prepared in public administration reform. Ahmetaj said that Albania has reached the point of no return to the digitization of services.
