The assets were seized as part of the property proceedings against a person with initials D.D. and his family members.

According to SPAK, “These citizens are subjects of a property investigation case as they have been convicted in the Kingdom of Belgium for the criminal offenses of “Theft”, in collaboration in the form of a “Structured Criminal Group”.

“Based on the provisions of Law No. 10192, dated 03.12.2009, there were identified movable and immovable assets owned by persons under property investigation and persons associated with them , which according to the investigations so far result to be unjustified from legal sources and are presumed to be the result of their criminal activity”, SPAK said.

The seized assets include immovable assets, commercial entities vehicles and motor vehicles, monetary amounts, wristwatches of various brands, jewelry items, gold coins.

For the execution of the decision, there was charged the judicial police and Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets. /m.q//a.f//r.e/p.s./
