Ardian Dvorani received 14 votes and Arta Vorpsi received 2 votes. Since none of the candidates received the number of votes required by law, Marjana Semini, ranked first, is appointed a member of the Constitutional Court.

At the request of the Parliamentary group of the Socialist Party, the voting for the election of the member of the Constitutional Court was secret.

Likewise, the Assembly elected with 71 votes in favor, 5 against and 1 abstention Gentiana Sula, head of the Authority for Information on Former State Security Documents. Voting was by secret ballot.

By secret ballot, the Assembly elected with 72 votes in favor, 4 against and 3 abstentions Erjola Sadushi, member of the Board of the Electricity Regulatory Entity.

Also by secret ballot, the Assembly rejected the candidacies proposed by the Democratic Party in opposition for the Ombudsman, Ledio Brahaj with 71 votes against and Altin Goxhaj with 70 votes against. Thus, the Assembly should reopen the process for the election of the Ombudsman./p.s./
