This was announced by Prime Minister Edi Rama during a live televised debate.

“Agricultural exports have increased from EUR 130 million to EUR 400 million while the area of cultivated land has doubled,” said Rama.

The relief schemes launched by the government are designed to improve the quality of agricultural products, seeds and seedlings but also to increase the number of collection points, enabling the agricultural products of farmers to access international markets.

In this 4-year period, another 75 markets for agricultural products have been built in Albania.
