TIRANA, Nov  9 /ATA/  – By  I. Vata/ The Special Appeal College reverses the decision of the IQC and confirms the judge, Niko Rapi, in office.

The panel of the Special Appeal College, consisting of Ina Rama chairperson, Natasha Mulaj relator, Albana Shtylla, Mimoza Tasi, Sokol Çomo members, handed down the decision after the appeal of Judge Rapi against the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission.

At the end of the trial in the deliberation room, the panel unanimously decided to reverse the decision no. 277, dated 21.07.2020 of the Independent Qualification Commission and confirm in office the subject of re-evaluation  Niko Rapi, judge of the Tirana Judicial District Court.
