TIRANA, Nov  18 /ATA/  – By  I. Vata/ The Special Appeal College on Friday upheld the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission for the dismissal of judge Jak Ndoka.

The panel of judges of the Special Appeal College, consisting of Albana Shtylla as chairperson, Mimoza Tasi as rapporteur, Ina Rama, Natasha Mulaj, Sokol Çomo as members, handed down the decision after the appeal by Judge Ndoka against the decision of the IQC.

At the end of the trial in the deliberation room, the trial panel decided to uphold the decision delivered in November of the previous year by the Independent Qualification Commission for the dismissal of the Lezha judge.
