Prime Minister Edi Rama shared on Thursday a view of the Rrëshen-Sheshaj road, which connects rural and urban areas.

“Good morning and with these views of the Rrëshen-Sheshaj road which serves to connect the rural areas with the urban area and to boost agriculture and dairy farming, I wish you a nice day,” said Rama.

The investment in the Rrëshen-Sheshaj road eases the circulation of vehicles and enables connectivity of rural and urban areas, facilitating the marketing of agricultural products.

Previously, this axis was in a poor condition lacking in asphalt layers, which posed great difficulties to the circulation of vehicles and pedestrians.

For a long time, the inhabitants of this village found it difficult to engage in their daily activities such as agriculture, tourism, etc. For this reason, it was considered more than necessary to refurbish this road that connects the town of Rrëshen with the village of Sheshaj, creating a road trail of regular geometric parameters, and with structural layers and sub layers to withstand the traffic created in this crossing line.
