Albanian Road Authority informed that 18% of works have been carried out so far.

Works are ongoing for the state or arts, circular culverts, boxes and excavation of road footprint.

Works for the excavation of the bridge’s pylons 109m in length, and the filling of the body of the road from km 0-480 have already completed, according to ARA.

“This project, other than the installation of road signage, entails the construction of several secondary roads to improve access to inhabited tourist areas.”

The new axis involves expansion of the current segment of this route and its access to the exit of the Llogara Tunnel.
Overall, the road construction will cost USD 16 million. /j.p/sm/
