The Political Leader of the Socialist Party for Fier region, Taulant Balla, stated that “while the water levels of Vjosa and Seman rivers are rising, we must take the first preparedness measures”.

Balla informs that the municipality of Fier has set up the emergency staff and is monitoring the level of water flows in the areas near the two rivers.
