TIRANA, November 14 /ATA/- Famous singer Rita Ora has given as a present the Albanian folk costume she wore during performance of “Gunna” hit song, part of ‘Bang’ album to Tirana Municipality.

Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj expressed his pleasure at the famous singer of Albanian origin giving her national costume and said that it will be put on display at Tirana’s Ethnographic Museum that is going to be created within the building of Toptani Saray.

“Many thanks to Rita Ora, for donating the Albanian folk costume to the Municipality of Tirana, so that we can start the new Ethnographic Museum with a ‘Bang'”, said Veliaj.

The building of Toptani Saray is rather historical and during the time of King Zog it used to be the first U.S. embassy in Tirana. Now, the municipality has decided to transform it into a museum that will evoke the tradition as well as the diplomatic history. /p.s./
