“Some of the guests last night did not come to the dinner put on by our mission in Strasbourg, although they had confirmed their participation before! They argued by saying they didn’t feel well after the speech. This is understandable. No one can feel well when you hear a horror story like the fabricated story of organ trafficking!”, emphasized Rama.

“The conversation with some other after dinner was meaningful. It came like a bolt from the blue! They will need some time to digest the facts, understand the terrible magnitude of the mistake made a decade ago and address the need for its correction with a new act”, said Rama.

“But, it is disgusting, that even for such an extreme injustice and for such a legitimate national right, and so beyond the current affairs, our right-wing composed of people declared non-grata and people funded by rubles find the courage to oppose and talk rubbish! Non-patriot people, but rather evil”, wrote Rama in a post on social media.

During his speech at the General Assembly of the Council of Europe about the falsity of Dick Marty’s report, which served as the basis for establishment of Kosovo Special Court, following allegations that the KLA leaders were involved in organ trafficking of Serbian prisoners of war and other untried crimes against them, Rama asked CoE to redeem itself. Rama called on the Council of Europe to drop the charges against Kosovo. /j.p/p.s./

PM Rama emphasized that Albania’s priority during the 76^th session of the UN Assembly meeting was the final recognition of Kosovo.

Albania will also work for Kosovo recognition even in its quality as non-permanent member of the Security Council considering it an irreversible reality and natural completion of the chapter on dissolve of the ex-Yugoslavia.

The prime minister emphasized that, “In the first place, Serbia must recognize this irreversible reality”.

PM Rama expressed his regret that instead of progress of dialogue and mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia, there are military manoeuvres on the border. Belgrade claims that they are protecting Serbian citizens in Northern Kosovo. But, as a matter of fact, no one is threatening the Serbian citizens in Kosovo. Kosovo state is paying even their electricity bills like nowhere in the Balkans or the world.

The prime minister also said that Serbia’s manoeuvres recall shadows of the past and encourage barbarous nationalism of arson attacks against the public institutions.

Speaking about the license plate reciprocity, PM Rama considered it a legitimate right of the state of Kosovo that is also carried in a bilateral agreement.

PM Rama said that it is not fair that Serbia turns the license plate issue into a matter of conflict or make a mountain out of molehill as if Kosovo government had warned of war. Kosovo government is demanding Serbia abides by a bilateral agreement. /p.s./
