Spiropali remarked, ‘Today, the Parliament approved by consensus in the plenary session important amendments to the Electoral Code.'”

Parliament Speaker emphasized, ‘These changes facilitate the participation of diaspora voters in the May 11 elections and enhance transparency and public confidence in the management of the electoral process, ensuring that every Albanian citizen, no matter where they are, has the right to vote.'” /j.p/sm/
