TIRANA, June 9 /ATA/ During the period January-April of this year, the local government collections are reckoned at 9.1 billion ALL.

Local government revenues consist of the three main items: property tax, small business tax and local taxes.

Revenues in local tax collections during the 4 months of 2023 are reckoned at 6.9 billion ALL, from the 9.3 billion ALL collected during the 4 months of 2022.

According to the report on fiscal indicators published by the Ministry of Finance and Economy, property tax collections are reckoned at 2.2 billion ALL, at the same level as in the 4 month of 2022.

Revenues in small business tax collections are estimated at 20 million ALL from 31 million ALL in 2022.

Meanwhile, the government plans that during 2023 the revenues from the local government will reach 29.1 billion ALL.
