Director of the National Agency for Information Society Linda Karçanaj stated in a media interview that the next step will be the online passage of all responses to applications.

“When I took over the Agency in 2013, there were only 25 employees; there were only 13 online services, now there are 1207, i.e. 95% of the services offered by the Albanian state. There is only 5% left without going online and this 5% is essential for the physical presence of the person or vehicle. One of them is testing,” she said.

Karçanaj said that we still have a lot of work to do.

“We have many plans for e-Albania and for the improvement of services. The next step will be to go through all the answers for the applications online, with digital stamps. The queue in institutions has been replaced by a simple application, in e-Albania, where citizens enter and find everything “, said Karçanaj. /a.a/r.e/p.s./
