Basha says that there he will present the Resolution for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, which a few days ago received the final endorsement in the Committee for Legal Affairs of the Council of Europe.

“I am happy that I was given the opportunity for Albania to make an important contribution to the establishment of the mechanism through which Russia today and any potential aggressor in the future will be held financially liable for the crimes and damages caused”, Basha emphasized.

“I hope that this contribution, also on behalf of Albania, sets the standards for today and the future, serving peace and security in the world,” Basha underlined.
