Prime Minister Edi Rama took to the social media on Thursday to post a picture showing real transformation of the existing buildings under this project.

“Shkodra like night and day,” PM Rama wrote.

The project, funded by the Albanian Development Fund, is designed to regenerate the buildings’ facades by using facade cladding and thermal insulation systems to increase energy efficiency and extend buildings’ life cycle for a long period.

Shkodra Municipality has launched a series of investments in roads construction, rehabilitation of the city’s neighborhoods, refurbishment of the buildings’ facades and LED street lighting.
