This fund is disbursed in accordance with the grant agreement reached between the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) and the Minister of State for Reconstruction on the project “Response to earthquakes in Albania.”

According to the decision, the fund in the amount of 129 087 000 ALL without VAT, is transferred to the Albanian Development Fund, in the approved budget for 2021, according to point 1 of this decision.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Reconstruction and the Reform Program, the Ministry of Finance and Economy and the Albanian Development Fund are charged with executing the decision.
