TIRANA, May  9  /ATA/ The majority of small and medium-sized enterprises (about 55% of small and 39% of medium-sized enterprises) secure over 80% of the raw material in the country, the Bank of Albania informs in the recently published survey on the financial situation of corporate borrowing.

According to BoA, this indicator has registered an increase of 6.9 pp in the case of small enterprises and 1.7 pp for medium-sized enterprises, compared to the previous period.

On the other hand, about 41% of large enterprises secure up to 20% of the raw material domestically, with a six-month increase of 3.4 pp.

The products continue to be sold mainly in the country, where about 85% of small enterprises, 66% of medium-sized enterprises and 57% of large enterprises have declared that they have sold most of their products in the domestic market (over 80% of the volume of products).

Compared to the previous six months, there has been a decrease of 1.5 pp in the share of small enterprises that sell their products mainly domestically, while the share of medium-sized enterprises that declare this has increased by only 0.4 pp.
