Rama informed that the meeting touched on further increase of investments in the framework of EU Economic Plan for the region, as well as the situation in Ukraine and the region and the European Integration process. ”

Commissioner Varhelyi informed that the meeting touched on need of opening accession talks with Albania.

“ We discussed the need to open EU accession negotiations with Albania as well as the implementation of Economic and Investment Plan for Western Balkans so the projects come to life swiftly to the benefit of the people,” he said.
