Rama said that this blatant violation of international law and every diplomatic norm must not go unchallenged.

Albania stands with the UAE, calling for full respect of the Vienna Convention and fully diplomatic protections.

We urge all parties to prioritize peace and uphold international law, Rama says.

A few days earlier, the United Arab Emirates said the residence of its ambassador in Khartoum was attacked by a Sudanese military aircraft condemning it as a heinous attack.

Sudan’s military government dismissed accusations by the United Arab Emirates that its forces have bombed the ambassador’s residence in Khartoum, accusing rival paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) of attacking.
