This is how Prime Minister Edi Rama addressed the heads of services at the “Mother Teresa” University Hospital Center today, in the meeting called to outline the measures that will be taken after the incident at the Oncology hospital.

“The cobweb of the Oncology hospital was even blacker than the corruption of taking money against the service. It was a crime against all humanity. Crime against humanity”, said Rama.
Rama praised the doctors during the pandemic, some of whom died in the line of duty, saying that without them, the number of Albanians who died in the clutches of that invisible enemy would have been way higher.
The Prime Minister said that it is needed a systemic approach to tackle problems that have been addressed and continue to be addressed step by step.
