Expressing his gratitude and honor for this fraternal reception, Grubi informed that “we discussed the bilateral relations between North Macedonia and Albania, but also the dispute that has been triggered in recent months between the Republic of North Macedonia and neighboring Bulgaria, without forgetting the topic of European Union accession for both countries. ”

“We also shared views on Corridor 8, a project for which Rama said that it is a priority of the Albanian Government as it is in the best interests of the country and entire region. On this occasion, I informed the Albanian Prime Minister that even in North Macedonia, work is on track to complete the construction of this corridor as soon as possible,” Grubi added.

He also stressed that “we discussed the importance of diaspora registration process with Rama appealing up to the NMR diaspora to respond as much as possible to the registration process as a moral and national obligation.” /j.p/sm/
