During a meeting in Kruja where the SP candidates for MP were introduced, Prime Minister Rama said that here in Kruja it is very surprising to hear a large part say: We are a traditional family, we come from expropriated, persecuted families and as such we support the Democratic Party.

Prime Minister said that when the SP took office in the first term, it found a financial hemorrhage. All the previous government left behind was a hole in the budget making it impossible to pay the salaries and pensions at the end of the year according to the estimates made by the IMF. The debt was as high as Mount Kruja. We stopped the bleeding and launched sweeping reforms, from energy sector to water supply, gains that should be brought to public attention. This is the last election campaign that will speak about water supply.”
