Rama said that “this is our time and this is our mission and our character is the only guarantee that Albania will make its dreams come true,” Rama said.

“On April 25 we should show the same dimensions as we did from the first day when we were confronted with the earthquake and until today with the impact of the earthquake and a pandemic that brought the world to its knees. Two shocks that could have been fatal, but we withstood the impact. Tens of thousands of families who were left homeless in a few seconds are moving into their homes day to day,” said Rama.
