“So far, SPAK has sent to jail a woman for 10 kg of fish. While SPAK is naturally activated by a party statement for any senior official, today it has not yet been set in motion by the most serious official statement in 30 years made by Albania’s biggest strategic ally. That statement does not target one person, but the whole of Albania for that that man has been at the helm of Albania,” Rama said.

According to him, that statement cannot be put on hold.

“Either there is a basis or there is no basis, but it is not domestic politics that should say this, only justice can. Because that statement left without the answer of justice for all those with some knowledge of international relations and the weight of relations between the US and Albania is like a millstone around the neck of Albania. And SPAK must remove this millstone by establishing whether there is a basis or not.
