Rama also stated that Albania is no longer considered an underdeveloped country; it is now considered a developing country.

The Prime Minister informed that discussions are underway with the United States to confirm a fund that has been approved in principle.

Rama stated that Albania is in discussions with the U.S. government regarding a substantial fund awaiting confirmation. He emphasized that Albania is now considered a developing country, no longer categorized as underdeveloped. He also noted that the focus has shifted from basic survival needs, like bread, to issues of higher living standards, lower incomes, and rising living costs.
