TIRANA, May 13/ATA/ Entrepreneur Arjeta Puca, who produces cars in her factory in Albania and has been selected by the UN to produce 500 ambulances that will be donated to Ukraine, was the guest of Prime Minister Edi Rama in the 6th episode of the “Flasim” (Let’s Talk) Podcast.

Puca manufactures cars on the outskirts of Tirana and her cars go to the emergency, for the wounded of the war in Ukraine, for the hospital emergency or the Albanian National Emergency, for the Armed Forces and the fire brigade.

Recently, Puca also participated in a United Nations competition in Serbia for 8 fire engines, which she won.

Describing herself as an Albanian girl who loves her country, Arjeta said that, “she is a feminist, rebellious, hardworking girl who loves her family”.

Born in Bulqiza, Arjeta Puca left at the age of 4 with her family for Turkey in 1991.

“Then, we came back for vacation in ’96 and it was a very nice feeling and when I came to Albania, I said: when will that day come that I will return to Albania and live here forever”, she confessed.

Telling about her passions such as boxing and motorcycling, Puca said that, “After I got my license, I started riding the motorcycle and I liked it so much and I have traveled to many countries. I ran away to Africa, to South America, recently I was in Morocco, doing a solo motorcycle trip. I also like the motorbike in the mountains, so I have also registered for the Rally Albania race this year”.

Rama positively assessed the fact that there were female workers in the Puca factory.

In answer to Rama’s question of what she thinks about those who say: “There is no life in Albania; there is no bread in Albania; you have to leave Albania as soon as possible, Albania is hopeless, there is no chance. What do you say?

“I have been living here for 5 years, I am very happy. I have seen many other countries; each one has its own problems; there is no country without problems. For me, personally, I have not found the happiness I have found in Albania in any country because it is not just one thing, there are many things that make you happy”, emphasized Puca.

Answering PM Rama’s question about what he can do for Arieta to produce an Albanian brand car, Arjeta Puca said that “I think a feasibility study is needed for this. We can produce it. We can manufacture our own tools completely, from start to finish.”

Rama said that, “We as Albania, you and me, you sitting at the wheel and me pushing from behind, we can have a factory that produces all from A to Z?!”. /k.s/p.s./

TIRANA, April 28 /ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama said today he is proud of young people like Arjeta Puca, the impressive entrepreneur who produces cars in her factory in Albania and has been selected by the UN to produce 500 ambulances that will be donated to Ukraine.

“Together with the Arjeta family, she founded the TIMAK Company in 2016, producing so far over 150 ambulances for Albanian hospitals as well as for neighboring countries such as North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Turkey, etc.,” said Rama in a post on social networks, where he posted moments from the meeting with the young entrepreneur.

When it comes to emergency services, every second counts. This is why it is essential for healthcare providers to have high quality ambulances and TIMAK is a manufacturing company specializing in ambulances.

One of the biggest challenges facing healthcare providers is the long waiting time for ambulance delivery.

The TIMAK enterprise has perfected the work process to produce ambulances quickly, without sacrificing quality. This means that healthcare providers can get the ambulances they need at the right time, allowing them to better serve their communities. /r.e/p.s./
