The mayor of Shkodra published Thursday on social media the procedures for starting the works.

The Albanian Development Fund announced that the company “Curri” is the winner of the procurement procedure in Lot A opened in July with a bid of ALL 275 million, not including VAT. This accounts for 85.8% of the limit fund.

Lot A entails the “Hamz Kazazi” road. It starts from the Parruce Mosque and continues to the Fish Market. It consists of facilities ranging from 1 to 9 floors, 95 service units with various functions ranging from clothing and accessories boutiques, food, fish and meat shops, bar-cafes, freelancer settings, fruits and vegetables, etc.

Beci added that the proposal for this area focuses on the street, squares and facades.

“Roads and squares will be treated in a way that pedestrians and bicycles take precedence, while cars will be allowed on fixed schedules,” he stressed.
