“With this good and long-awaited news for drivers, the work continues to speak for itself while the chatter of loose lips and the mudslinging of evil minds come and go like wind,” said Rama, while sharing a video-information from General Directorate of Road Transport Services (DPSHTRR).

According to Prime Minister, “thanks to resumption of state management of technical control this year and the interaction of information systems, which for years was given by nongrata-style concession, the DPSHTRR’s Technical Control Certificate finally removes the obligation of physical check of the vehicle during the service of ownership transfer.”

DPSHTRR has simplified the procedures relieving the silos from the lines and enabling a faster service for all drivers.

As a result, the time of the service for transfer of ownership has been reduced by about 30 minutes and the costs of this service have been slashed by 1500 ALL . /m.m/sm/
