The leader of the Socialist Party, also Prime Minister Edi Rama, shared today in the social media footage from the, “Now, weekly meeting with political leaders and ministers, on the reports and tasks of the ‘Loyal Presence’”, Rama wrote.

The head of government stated that “Loyal Presence” will function as a neutral space, where citizens will be able to individually present their problems, complaints, requests or concerns.

Secretary General of the Socialist Party Blendi Klosi emphasized artificial intelligence.

“We have a system that listens to the complaint and takes it forward. Artificial Intelligence gives us the opportunity to generate an e-mail, including legal references, as soon as the problem is raised. It finds the information itself about which institution to send it to.”

The political leader of the Socialist Party in Berat Ervin Demo said that, “The meetings have been very well received. Plus, we are also having the first glimmers of success. I am convinced that from week to week, there will be more of us.”

Ogerta Manastirliu, political leader in Tirana, said: “The return with ‘Loyal Presence’ is what people have been waiting for and have raised their expectations.”

The video ends with Prime Minister Edi Rama saying that, “People do not come there to appear on television or on Instagram. Not even by identifying themselves at all that they were there. And this will give everyone the opportunity to feel calm when they come to complain about a problem.”/a.f/p.s./
