In an interview with the Albanian Telegraphic Agency, the Administrator of the Albanian Post, Ervin Bushati, outlines the key objectives and innovations that the Albanian Post will offer.

For Bushati, one of the most important objectives remains the enhancement of services for citizens, improving the quality of service at the counters, in terms of providing a correct, reliable, fast and flexible service.

During the interview with ATA, Bushati underlines that by universalizing the counter and standardizing the service, the citizens will find in the post offices timely solutions to all their demands for financial and banking services, in a very fast time.

Bushati states that “Albanian Post has planned further improvement of its fleet and logistics, in line with the government’s 2030 objectives for environmental protection, increasing the number of electric cars and motors in use.”

Regarding the distribution of year-end bonuses and pensions on holidays, Bushati declares for ATA that “by the end of December, about 80% of pensioners have withdrawn the end-of-year bonus”.
