Rama said that Durrës in 2030 will be completely transformed, just as the city today is vastly different from how it was a decade ago.

“I could go on for a while—Ani has already outlined what we’ve achieved and what lies ahead for Durrës—but I assure you, Durrës in 2030 will look as different from today as today does from ten years ago,” Rama said. “It will be a city where every major project has taken shape, with a fully operational commercial port and a functioning tourist port. Economic growth will be tangible, and job opportunities will have expanded significantly, driven by increased trade and innovation. But let me emphasize again: the story of the Albanian people has never been just about getting richer—it’s been about surviving with dignity. And now, it’s time to embed that dignity and our European identity into a passport.”

Rama called on supporters to mobilize everyone around them to vote, aiming for a strong red-and-black turnout in Durrës.
