“Congratulations to the POA and SPAK for the exemplary operation of dismantling a hotbed of corruption in the State Police,” says Rama.

“I wish that this spirit and feature of cooperation continue to serve the purpose of erasing any stain from the police uniform,” said Rama.

At the request of the Special Prosecution, the First Instance Court for Corruption and Organized Crime has imposed 34 personal security measures, of which 32 are employees of the Kukës Border Police, holding various positions at the Border and Migration Directorate of Kukës, including the Director of this Directorate, for committing criminal offenses “Abuse of duty,” “Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions,” in complicity, “Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions.”

Personal security measures are: ‶ Arrest in prison ‶ for 17 police officers, ‶ house arrest for 14 citizens and police officers and ‶ Suspension from duty ‶ for 3 police officers.
