Speaking at a conversation round with citizens in the town of Lezhe, the government head said “Albanian citizens should forget where they started off and shouldn’t go astray and wander off the road to where they are heading to.”

“What we have accomplished in every sector is not sufficient to please neither you, nor me, because if I were to be satisfied I wouldn’t go on dealing with this job. Instead, I would have said: I am satisfied and things have been already done the way I wanted them to be done and the way people deserve them to be done in this phase. However, our accomplishments suffice everyone to realize the difference between us and those seeking to seize power again through the same individuals and ideas and same methods, pledging to do things differently. How are they supposed to do so, while providing no reasons to demonstrate they have changed or they have drawn lessons? We know quite well where we are seeking to go and how to arrive there. We have shown we are hardworking people and capable of doing so,” PM Rama said, adding: “I really wonder how people think politically when it comes to the choice they should make.”

Rama said voters should elect the hardworking people and that the DP leader hasn’t done a job in his lifetime.
