The Municipality of Tirana announced that in breach of the law, citizens or businesses have occupied communal spaces, placing posters or advertisements on the electric poles of Tirana.

To minimize such cases in Tirana, CPA is getting tough with offenders as part of its work to ensure law enforcement and awareness of citizens.
