“Eventually, hospitals will be administered by the system itself while the Ministry of Health and Social Protection will remain at the level of policy and human resource management. Any investment, expenditures on health care will be self-administered and will not depend on the Ministry of Health. It will be the board that will decide how the fund will be used,” the premier Rama added.
